Submission of Abstract

PHOTONICS Prague 2005 Conference Abstract submissions generally must be in the electronic form. There is no prescribed formatting of abstracts. However, a few limitations have to be observed.
Abstracts should not exceed 200 words and in order to facilitate the reviewing process, they should also contain: full names of author(s), e-mail address of principal (contact) author, a title of abstract, appropriate affiliations, number of selected topic (from 1 to 13), preferred type of presentation (oral/poster).

Submission of Abstract and Papers

The abstracts will be subject to reviewed by members of the International Programme Committee. Authors will be notified of acceptance not later than March 15, 2005, together with guidelines for preparation of camera-ready manuscripts of abstracts and papers (The abstracts should contain three keywords and selected references). The titles of abstracts will be displayed on the Conference website in Advanced Technical Programme. Reviewed abstracts then appear in the Book of Abstracts which will be issued in volume of ISBN. The camera-ready papers should be submitted before April 15, 2005. Selected papers will be published by SPIE. For publishing your paper at SPIE proceedings, the camera-ready papers should be submitted before April 15, 2005 for referee procedure. The typical length of your paper will be of 6 pages.

Poster Presentation

The posters will be displayed at the Lecture Hall B on Friday (17:45-18:45). Each poster contributor will be provided with one panel measuring 130cm (height) x 90 cm approximately. Posters must be displayed by the author(s), and it is essential, that authors make themselves available for discussion at scheduled time. Please be prepared to give handouts of your poster for distribution.
